West Basin Free Ocean Friendly Garden Workshop Saturday, March 21 in the City of Inglewood!

In partnership with the Los Angeles County Fire Department, we invite you to join us from 9:00 a.m. to noon at our Ocean Friendly Garden site located at Station 171 in the City of Inglewood! Join us for a day of educational fun on Saturday, March 21 and learn how to create your own California friendly garden at our free Hands-On Workshop. Also learn about native and drought-tolerant plants, proper plant installation and maintenance, selecting water-efficient irrigation devices, and much more! Classroom instruction is followed by two hours of installing plants into the garden where participants will receive free gardening gloves to apply what they learned.
