WHY BERNIE, NOT HILLARY, WOULD BE TOUGHER TASK FOR TRUMP

For starters....though polls can be flawed...virtually all polls bear this out....soundly!

Anyhow....

I don’t think Hillary will have too much trouble beating Don Trump…there is NO demographic that Trump wins except for white males….with everyone else he eats sand….with blacks, anyone of color (any color), ladies, young people, tightrope walkers, gays, Star Trek fanatics, dog lovers, cat lovers, ventriloquists, pot smokers, needlepointers, saxophone players, realtors, nurses, vegans, little people, atheists, flight attendants…..and more.

But, though I am often wrong about politics….I maintain that nothing mobilizes R’s more than a chance to put Hillary Clinton in “her place”…(in a rocking chair somewhere in Siberia). She is the biggest bullseye the R’s could find….probably more of a bullseye than Osama Bin Laden…but now that he is out of the picture….Hillary is #1 on the R's most Wanted list…

And, many of Trump supporters have a lot in common with Bernie…..and nothing in common with HRC. Trump will be able to outflank Hillary on the left by taking on her Free Trade agenda, on her Iraq vote and her role in toppling Ghaddaffi, and her advice to Obama to invade Syria and topple Assad…(advice that Obama rebuked)…In every instance where military intervention was juggled…Hillary was in line with the neocons…she was "high fiving" Dick Cheney..….Bernie (and Trump) are on record abhorring this type of foreign policy…..they both have the tattoos to prove it.

Also, many of the Trump voters, arguably the most dependable ones…are tired of status quo and tired of being forgotten by both parties, tired of the “rigged” deck of cards…..Bernie is seen as a sincere and tireless worker for the middle class…..and that is much of Trump’s base as well…

Hillary is seen as a sellout….by many in both party’s...but if you think that the outraged people at the Trump rallies will vote for Hillary only over their dead and charred bodies then you are right. No one hates Bernie…..there aren’t enough of the people who stand to lose the most by a Sanders Presidency. Heck, only 25% of the country is Republican….40% is Independent and 32% is Democrat…..many blue collar R’s might vote for Sanders….

Both Trump and Sanders want to “stick it to the man”…..

Hillary has “the man’s” phone number on speed dial…they are often seen together wearing sunglasses and having coffee. They have been seen at the playground taking turns pushing each other on the swing set.

Both Trump and Sanders supporters want to burn down “the House”……pour kerosene on the whole darn thing and light a match….and then they want to sit back in a folding chair with either a can of beer (Trump supporter) or some bottled water (Bernie supporter) and watch it burn.

Hillary supporters just want to rearrange the furniture and put up new curtains…..

Bernie just isn’t that polarizing….not even for a self proclaimed democratic Socialist….as Bill Maher said, “Bernie owns two suits and drives a 1993 Buick Regal”; blue color white guys can relate….they can’t relate to $225,000 speeches to Goldman Sachs, the transcripts of which are suspiciously buried in a cookie jar in Bill and Hillary’s basement.

Or, I could be wrong.
