Woman Arrested In Fatal Shooting Of Husband Near Malibu
Authorities are investigating to determine the motive for the shooting, according to reports.

MALIBU, CA – A woman believed to be the wife of a man found shot to death inside a home in an unincorporated area near Westlake Village was arrested Thursday morning.
Deputies were called about 10:30 p.m. Wednesday to the 500 block of Westlake Boulevard and discovered the victim, who was pronounced dead at the scene, according to Deputy Trina Schrader with the Los Angeles County Sheriff's Department.

The woman has been arrested, and the murder weapon has been recovered, investigators told CBS Los Angeles.

Authorities are investigating to determine the motive for the shooting. Anyone with information about the shooting is asked to call the sheriff's Homicide Bureau at (323) 890-5500.
The case is at least the third time in recent years that police arrested the wife of a murder victim between Malibu and Woodland Hills. Other high profile cases include the wife of a celebrity stylist accused of conspiring in her husband's murder in Woodland Hills and a professional tennis umpire, who was accused – then cleared – of beating her husband to death with a coffee mug.
