Woman Dies After Driving Off Cliff In Malibu: Report

A woman in her 20s was pronounced dead after the crash in Malibu Thursday night, KTLA reported.

MALIBU, CA — A woman died Thursday night after she lost control of her vehicle and plunged over the side of a cliff on Pacific Coast Highway, KTLA reported.

The crash was reported at around 9:45 p.m. near Leo Carrillo State Beach. A woman in her 20s was driving northbound in a Honda CR-V when she veered into the southbound lanes and struck a parked car, continued over the side of the roadway, collided with a power pole and overturned down an embankment, KTLA reported.

The woman was ejected from her vehicle. She was found several feet down the cliff.

The woman, whose name has not been released, was pronounced dead at the scene, KTLA reported.
