Man Caught Masturbating In Car In Manhattan Beach
The two girls were jogging near Herrin Street and Voorhees Avenue when they witnessed the indecent exposure.
MANHATTAN BEACH, CA – Two young girls were jogging in Manhattan Beach near Herrin Street and Voorhees Avenue Tuesday afternoon about 3:50 p.m. when they saw a male masturbating in a car.
The suspect is described as a male, approximately 25 years old, with light brown hair and an unshaven appearance. He was wearing a grey short sleeve shirt and black shorts, police said. The suspect’s vehicle is described as a black or dark grey 4-door compact with California license plates, and is possibly a Lexus, MBPD said.
