2 Indecent Exposure Arrests Made In Manhattan Beach
In separate incidents, 2 men were reportedly seen masturbating inside their cars, according to police.

MANHATTAN BEACH, CA – Two separate indecent exposure arrests have been made in Manhattan Beach, according to a Manhattan Beach Police Department press release released Tuesday. The first incident occurred Oct. 10 – officers were dispatched to the 1200 block of Artesia Blvd. in regard to a suspect masturbating in a blue Chrysler 300, however, when officers arrived they couldn't find the suspect. The following day officers were dispatched to Manhattan Village Mall for a suspect masturbating in a blue vehicle. When they arrived, they found and arrested a suspect in a blue Chrysler 300. Edward Gwon Kennon of Harbor City was arrested and booked at the MBPD jail for indecent exposure, and was also positively identified as the suspect from the previous day.
In an unrelated case on the same day, MBPD arrested Manuel Hernandez, of Hermosa Beach, for indecent exposure after witnesses alerted authorities that Hernandez was seen masturbating inside a red Ford Ranger on two separate occasions. Hernandez was seen by a witness masturbating in his vehicle in the 1200 block of Redondo Ave. and on the 405 freeway. After conducting an investigation into these two crimes, Hernandez was arrested and booked at the MBPD jail for indecent exposure, the MBPD press release said.
