2 Suspects Arrested In South Bay Armed Robbery
Three male suspects ransacked the Manhattan Beach home armed with handguns, tied up two victims and stole the victim's vehicle, police said.

MANHATTAN BEACH, CA – The Manhattan Beach Police Department arrested a man and juvenile girl Monday in connection to an October robbery in Manhattan Beach. MBPD's SWAT team, assisted by the Gardena Police Department SWAT team, served a search warrant in the 5500 block of Langport Avenue in Long Beach and arrested the duo in connection to an October robbery in Manhattan Beach.
The female juvenile suspect was charged with robbery, burglary, and conspiracy. Jermaine Myles, 21, from Los Angeles, was charged with kidnapping, robbery, burglary and conspiracy. On Oct. 8 at approximately 2:37 a.m., MBPD repsonded to a call of a home invasion robbery in the 400 block of 27th Street, police said. Three male suspects entered a home armed with handguns, tied up two victims, ransacked the home, and stole the victim’s vehicle, according to MBPD.
MBPD Detectives investigated and identified a female juvenile as the primary suspect and the second suspect as Myles. The suspects befriended the victims on Instagram and were invited to their home on the day of the crime, police said. Detectives determined the female juvenile suspect orchestrated the robbery while three male suspects carried it out, MBPD said.
