Taxi cabs allowed to pick up riders in Manhattan Beach are "easily identified by the City of Manhattan Beach Taxi Cab Franchise Permit decal affixed to the rear of the vehicle," according to Steve S Charelian, revenue manager for the City of Manhattan Beach.
