TASTING LINE UP:
Blanco Tequila is a clear, non-aged spirit bottled right from the still. It preserves the purest agave flavor, the best ingredient for most tequila cocktails, and is perfect for sipping. The Beverage Testing Institute calls it "clear." Vanilla scented candle, prune, cucumber and spicy sweet potato aromas follow through on a soft, satiny entry to a dry yet fruity medium body with notes of white pepper, anise cookie, clove and minerals. Finished with a long, tongue tingling fade. Delicious.

Sol De Mexico Reposado 100% de Agave
Reposado Tequila, or “rested,” tequila is aged in large oak barrels for up to 12 months. The barrels impart both flavor and color. It has a mellow caramel taste and amber color. Reposado Tequilas are great for aperitif sipping. “The Beverage Testing Institute pays tribute to its “luminescent pale gold color. Honeycomb, date, fig orange peel, and caramel aromas are attractive and follow through on a soft, silky entry to a dryish medium body of understated and balanced dried fruit, nut and spite flavors. Finishes with a long, honey and spice cake fade. A delicious and refreshing fruit agave-driven reposado tequila for sipping or snappy cocktails.

Sol di Mexico Anejo 100% de Agave
Añejo Tequila is aged and considered for sipping. This tequila spends at least a year, and often more, aging in small barrels made from old bourbon, cognac, or new French or American oak. The different types of wood account for the Anejo Tequila’s distinctive and unique flavors. The Beverage Testing Institute magnifies its “brilliant pale golden amber color. Caramel salt water taffy, baking soda, geranium, and buttery spiced nut aromas follow through on a soft, supply entry to a dry yet fruity medium to full body with pureed coconut, earthy reed, cocoa, and grilled pepper and asparagus notes. Finishes with a long peppery, cigar box, mineral oil and sweet spice fade. Interesting waves of flavor.

Two Signature Margarita's:
From the state of Jalisco, the small volcano town called Tequila cultivates the precious blue agave plant from which our Tequila comes from. Each hand picked plant takes 8-14 years to mature. Our sweet nectar is extracted from the large heart of these pure agave plants. With the highest quality of plants comes the best tasting tequila.
Disarrono Margarita - Puerto Vallarta ReposadoTequila
Our Reposado is a tequila of delightful complexity. Pale golden in color, this tequila has a strong agave note with a subtle undercurrent of white pepper and bright fruit. Two months of aging in oak casks provides a smooth warm finish.
This is going to be SO much FUN!!
