Mira Costa High School senior and mezzo soprano Hannah McDermott will be performing a classical vocal recital with acclaimed opera conductor William Vendice on piano accompaniment. Hannah recently won the Los Angeles Music Center Spotlight Awards for Classical Voice and also won Classical Singer Magazines' National High School Competition. She will be attending The Juilliard School in New York in the fall. William Vendice has conducted many professional operas, including several for LA Opera and the NY Metropolitan Opera. Event is free, but optional donations are appreciated to cover recital costs.
