Former Seattle Seahawk Jerramy Stevans Arrested on Suspicion of DUI

According to reports, the football player's wife Soccer Star Hope Solo was belligerent with police.

Former Seattle Seahawks tight end Jerramy Stevens, the husband of women’s Olympic soccer star Hope Solo, was arrested on suspicion of driving under the influence in Manhattan Beach, police said today.

Stevens, 35, of Kirkland, Washington, was arrested around 1:30 a.m. Monday at 3501 N. Sepulveda Blvd., after he was pulled over for driving without his headlights on, according to Officer Stephanie Martin of the Manhattan Beach Police Department.

Stevens was released with a citation ordering him to appear at the Torrance Courthouse on March 19.

The arrest came hours after Stevens’ former team defeated the Green Bay Packers and earned a trip to the Super Bowl.

Solo, the goalie for the U.S. Women’s National Team and a former “Dancing with the Stars” contestant, was in the car with Stevens during the traffic stop and arrest. The website TMZ reported that Solo, 33, used her cell phone to record the arrest and was belligerent with officers, nearly leading to a disorderly conduct arrest.
