LA Rams v. Cardinals: Who's In? Who's Out?
Several injured Rams, notably Nelson Spruce and Pharoh Cooper are practicing.

LOS ANGELES, CA -- Los Angeles Rams rookie receivers Pharoh Cooper and Nelson Spruce fully participated in today's practice at California Lutheran University, a team official said.
Cooper (shoulder) and Spruce (knee) have not played in the regular season because of injuries suffered during the preseason.
Cornerback E.J. Gaines, who has also been sidelined throughout the regular season because of a thigh injury, also fully participated in practice.

Starting receiver Tavon Austin had limited participation because of a shoulder injury. Limited participation is considered less than 100 percent of a player's normal repetitions.
