Man Suspected Of Exposing Himself To Girl Arrested In South Bay
The driver, who was alone in the vehicle, asked the victim for directions while she was walking home in Manhattan Beach.

MANHATTAN BEACH, CA – A man from Carson was arrested Friday on suspicion of exposing himself to a young girl walking home from high school in Manhattan Beach.
Detectives investigating the case identified Richard Eugene Milton, 31, as the suspect and arrested him about 1 p.m. in the area of Rosecrans and Isis avenues in Hawthorne, according to Manhattan Beach police.
The girl, whose age was not disclosed, was in the 600 block of Herrin Avenue about 4:45 p.m. Wednesday when she was approached by a small black vehicle with tinted windows, police said.

The driver, who was alone in the vehicle, asked the victim for directions to the freeway and as the victim was giving directions, she saw the man was exposing himself inside the vehicle, police said.
The suspect fled the area and was last seen driving east on Fifth Street from Herrin Avenue, police said.

Milton was being held in lieu of $10,000 bail, according sheriff's online inmate records.
