The California Department of Justice has a website called Megan's Law, which provides information on registered sex offenders pursuant to California Penal Code § 290.46, so that members of the public can better protect themselves and their families.

According to the website, there are four registered sex offenders in Manhattan. Out of the four registered offenders in the area, only one doesn't have a last listed address. The offenses range from possessing or controlling obscene matter depicting a minor in sexual conduct and lewd or lascivious acts with a child under 14- or 15-years-old.
