Manhattan Beach To Hold Community Meeting On Stormwater Infiltration Project
The city is hosting a community meeting to provide information about the construction schedule, anticipated traffic and parking impacts.

MANHATTAN BEACH, CA — The city is hosting a community meeting this week to provide residents with detailed information about the 28th Street Stormwater Infiltration Project.
The project is designed to divert debris-filled water from the Santa Monica Bay and divert stormwater before it reaches the ocean.
The 90-minute meeting, scheduled for this Thursday, will delve into the construction schedule, anticipated traffic and parking impacts.

Members of the public will also be able to ask questions and provide input. City staff and project representatives will be available to discuss construction sequencing, mitigation measures, and ways to minimize neighborhood impacts.
The meeting is scheduled for 7-8:30 pm March 19 at the Joslyn Community Center, 1601 North Valley Dr., Manhattan Beach, CA 90266.
