Manhattan Beach To Hold Public Meeting On Traffic Safety Issues
Manhattan Beach's next Parking and Public Improvements Commission meeting will include a discussion about traffic on Sepulveda Boulevard.
MANHATTAN BEACH, CA — Anyone with thoughts or concerns about traffic safety on Sepulveda Boulevard now has an opportunity to let city officials know.
The Manhattan Beach Parking and Public Improvements Commission's next meeting will include a discussion about potential safety measures on Sepulveda.
The discussion follows recent fatal collisions along the corridor. The City has said that it's been working with Caltrans since June, 2025 to evaluate long-term safety improvements.

More than 40 potential safety measures have been identified for consideration, and the Commission is expected to review them and provide recommendations to the City Council for further evaluation.
"Community input is encouraged," the City said in a statement regarding the meeting. "Residents are welcome to attend and share feedback."

The meeting is scheduled for 4 pm Thursday, March 26. It will be a hybrid meeting, taking place virtually over Zoom, as well as in person at the City Council Chambers, 1400 Highland Ave, Manhattan Beach, CA 90266.
