Loaded Gun Found In Car During Manhattan Beach Traffic Stop: Police

MANHATTAN BEACH, CA – Manhattan Beach Police Department officers found a loaded gun in a car Wednesday after they conducted a traffic stop near Marine and Redondo avenues at around 11 p.m. The driver, a 24-year-old Los Angeles resident, was booked at the MBPD jail for possession of a firearm.

Juan Antonio Perez has several prior arrests for an assault with a deadly weapon, battery on a peace officer, and resisting arrest, according to MBPD.
