New 24-Hour Pet Emergency Room Opening in Manhattan Beach
A ribbon-cutting for the 24/7 Manhattan Beach pet emergency room is planned for 11:30 am on April 1.

MANHATTAN BEACH, CA — A new 24-hour pet emergency room that allows pet parents to stay with their pets through all stages of treatment, including surgery and overnight hospitalization, is opening in the city.
A ribbon cutting for the new VEG ER for Pets location is scheduled for 11:30 am Wednesday at 1800 North Sepulveda Blvd., Manhattan Beach.
"Our mission has always been to help people and their pets when they need it most," VEG ER for Pets founder and CEO David Bessler said. "Opening in Manhattan Beach allows us to do exactly that, by providing 24/7 emergency care."

VEG ER for Pets in Manhattan Beach will be the second such hospital in the South Bay, and the fourth one in Los Angeles County, following locations in Torrance, Santa Monica and Santa Clarita.
Among the emergency veterinary care services offered are surgeries, ultrasounds, and x-rays.
