UPDATE: Outage that Grounds JetBlue Over, Some Flights Still Affected
Several flights were delayed at LAX and Long Beach airports.

A power outage at a data center grounded and delayed JetBlue Airways flights in the Southland and across the country Thursday.
“We’re experiencing intermittent network issues due to a data center power outage,” according to a mid-morning Twitter post by the airline. “We’re working to resolve & should be restored shortly.”
The outage was at a Verizon data center, according to JetBlue, which reported at 1:50 p.m. that the problem had been fixed and systems were being restored.
