The City of Manhattan Beach and the Manhattan Beach Chamber of Commerce are inviting local business owners to an informational business license tax forum.
The forum is a community meeting at which attendees can learn about the city's Business License Tax Modernization Plan and potential changes to Manhattan Beach's business licensing program.

The meeting includes a presentation on the city’s business license tax structure and an exploration of alternative tax structures that, according to the city, "aim to clarify, simplify, and modernize the tax code, enhance fairness and equity and maintain fiscal sustainability for the City."
