Rams Sign Patriots' TE Dominique Easley

LOS ANGELES, CA - The Los Angeles Rams on Wednesday announced the signing of defensive tackle Dominique Easley, the New England Patriots first-round choice in the 2014 NFL draft.

Easley was released by the Patriots on April 13. He played 11 games for the Patriots during the 2015 season, starting one, making 15 tackles. His season ended in December when he was placed on injured reserve because of a torn quad.

Easley's signing gives the Rams defensive line a fifth first-round draft choice, joining Aaron Donald, Robert Quinn, Michael Brockers and Quinton Coples.
