MANHATTAN BEACH, CA —Popular exercise location the Strand reopened Thursday in Manhattan Beach just in time for the weekend.
City officials announced the reopening for walking and running following Los Angeles County Department of Public Health's modified order issued Wednesday that reopened beaches across the Southland.
