Vince Vaughn Charged With DUI After Manhattan Beach Checkpoint
He was stopped at a sobriety checkpoint in June and refused to comply with officers, the L.A. District Attorney's Office said.

MANHATTAN BEACH, CA – Actor Vince Vaughn has been charged with a misdemeanor driving under the influence after he was stopped at a sobriety checkpoint in Manhattan Beach earlier this summer, the Los Angeles County District Attorney's Office announced Friday.
The actor with one count each of driving under the influence of an alcoholic beverage, driving with .08 percent blood alcohol content or higher and refusing to comply with a peace officer or to submit to an inspection, all misdemeanors, the press release said. He's scheduled to be arraigned on September 10.
Vaughn was stopped at about 12:40 a.m. on June 10 at a checkpoint at Artesia Boulevard and Prospect Avenue in Manhattan Beach. The actor was allegedly asked repeatedly to get out of his vehicle but he refused, prosecutors said. He was eventually detained and arrested.

If convicted as charged, Vaughn faces up to 360 days in county jail, the press release said. The case was investigated by the Manhattan Beach Police Department.
