β’ LA County reopens public housing waiting lists for 16 properties (foxla.com) β If you're a senior in Marina del Rey, the county has reopened the Marina Manor Senior public housing waiting list, with applications accepted until Sept. 16 or until slots fill. Overall, 16 senior and family properties are taking applications, with rents capped at 30% of income and strict no-smoking rules across all sites.
