Boat Runs Aground at Dockweiler Beach
One person was hospitalized after the boat ran aground.
A person was hospitalized with minor injuries after being rescued from a boat that had run aground at Dockweiler Beach tonight.
A distress call was received around 10:40 p.m., Los Angeles County Fire Department Supervisor Kyle Sandford said. No identification was available for the victim.
Broadcast footage showed the boat close to shore and listing.
