Local man survives traumatic car crash, goes on to full recovery inspiring others along the way.

Day after thanksgiving 2024, Dave’s van spun out of control and shot over the side of a mountain after he swerved to miss an existing car crash. The first hospital refused to admit him. At the hospital that did admit him, doctors prepared to amputate his left arm. The left side of his body was crushed, busted, and broken from head to toe. Dave is a lifetime fitness enthusiast and a competitive bodybuilder. The first month of the accident all he could do was sit and meditate. Slowly, but surely one step at a time he began to exercise again. In an amazing comeback story within 10 months of his accident he stepped back on stage at a local bodybuilding competition. While out of work on disability, Dave was inspired to write his book a lifelong dream, a mind-body spirit positive thinking book, filled with fat loss, diet, exercise and nutrition tips and secrets. Dave has been able to share his inspiring story with many people. It is his mission to help others overcome adversity and life hardships.
