Marina Del Rey 2017 Halloween Sex Offender Safety Map

Check out the map to make sure your kids are trick-or-treating in safe neighborhoods on Halloween night.

MARINA DEL REY, CA – As Halloween nears, it's important to make sure children are safe on the night of spooky thrills. Checking to make sure your trick-or-treating neighborhoods are safe on Halloween is a great way to start. The California Department of Justice has a website called Megan's Law, which provides information on registered sex offenders pursuant to California Penal Code § 290.46, so that members of the public can better protect themselves and their families.

According to the website, there are seven registered sex offenders in Marina del Rey. Out of the seven registered offenders in the area, two of them do not have a last listed address. None are currently in violation. The charges range from sexual battery, to annoying or molesting a child under 18-years-old, to lewd or lascivious acts with a child under 14-years-old, among others.
