St. Bernard Ranked Ninth in CIF Poll

After opening the season with back-to-back victories, the St. Bernard High varsity football team has moved into the Top 10 in this week's CIF Southern Section Northwest Division poll. The Vikings are ranked ninth, one spot ahead of Bishop Montgomery, which tumbled from No. 5 to No. 10 after losing to Salesian. Three teams from the Del Rey League are in the poll and two others are just outside the Top 10. The top five spots remain unchanged, as all five teams won last week. Here's a look at this week's poll, as determined by the CIF Coaches committee:
