September 11, 2020 On behalf of the Mayor & City Council, while we would have liked to have honored all those that tragically lost their lives on 9/11 in person, as we do each year, we decided to put a video together for the flag raising. Though the event is virtual, we hope you take some time to reflect on the impact 9/11 had on our Nation, the tragic loss of life, and the heroism displayed by the first responders. We hope you reflect on how we all came together under such intense circumstances, as people and as a country, that serves as an example of our ability find common ground and all work together in trying times. Thank you.
