ABUSIVE AND UNETHICAL VETERINARIAN AND VETERINARY PRACTICE: This is the Ferrara v Encina Veterinary Clinic, Inc. et al, Case Number C96-01955, filed Feb. 25, 1997. Dr. Roger Johnson admits in deposition, "that the wire had been placed there intentionally by him with the intent to "trip kids who skateboarded or rode their bikes through that area" and that if kids were injured by the wire "it would teach them a lesson." Mr. Ferrara sustained injuries. In my oral argument at the California Courts of Appeal, before Presiding Justice Marchiano and two other justices, I stated, "As far back as 1998, the defendant Johnson was willing to hurt children." I did not repeat my brief. The justices ignored me. I did not know that the practice even existed at this time, in 1997. I adopted my beloved pug, Elvira, in September 1998.
