Assistance League Thrift Shop’s Asian Event Beautifies as It Soothes
Create a welcoming environment while ensuring a better life for others.
The dedicated member volunteers at Assistance League® of Diablo Valley Thrift Shop, located next to the Park Theater in Lafayette, invite you to immerse yourselves in its All Things Asian Event, scheduled to begin Tuesday, February 28, at 10 a.m.
As in previous years, this presentation includes women’s and men’s clothing, home goods, ceramics, framed art and toys. Venture in to find items that are rich in tradition, functional yet inspirational. Infuse your surroundings with color; green to add healing and harmony, yellow to ensure power and prosperity, and red to secure good fortune.
Speaking of good fortune, you might want to revisit all three of these forces by returning to the thrift shop Wednesday, March 1, when the remaining inventory will be reduced by 50%.

As many as 15 shoppers will be admitted to the thrift shop! Please know that bins and red baskets will be provided for your shopping convenience.
