Bags for Kids Success: Back Packs for Every Martinez Second Grader!

News from Tim May of Bags for Kids 2015:

Bags For Kids last week provided school backpacks to nearly 500 local second graders in Martinez Public Schools.

Since 1996 local Masons and local merchants and the community have supported Bags for Kids - a program designed to bring a back pack full of essential school supplies to every second grader enrolled in Martinez public schools.

We do this because we believe that giving a child all the necessary tools they need to learn will help them succeed; but more importantly, we believe in them and believe in their future..
Next year is our 20th anniversary.
