Soft Pretzel Making Workshop

Oktoberfest at 5 Suns means a knotty, wickedly fun Grainbakers pretzel night. Shape your own spent grain dough, take home hot, golden pretzels baked on-site, and learn the secrets to dreamy beer cheese and dipping mustard.

This class is hands-on learning, making and baking fun!

• Learn rolling and shaping pretzels
• Make your own creations - traditional or make fun shapes!
• Participate in our pretzel shape-to-bake steps and method
• How to make hot cheddar cheese pub dip for your pretzels
• Eat some pretzels, mustard and hot beer cheese right in class!

Each ticket holder will leave class with:

• Ready-to-eat hot soft pretzels and a few pretzels ready to freeze when you get them home.
• Recipe cards for the Grainbakers Soft Pretzels, Grainbakers Hot Cheddar Cheese Dip and our Pretzel Dipping Mustard
• A new dough cutter/bench scraper
