Consistent Self Care for Chronic Pain

   The key to dealing with chronic pain or illness is consistency. Make rituals out of the things you need to do to care for yourself and don't allow anything or anyone to interfere with your self care practices. You are worth the effort and life is more enjoyable when you feel good. You feel good by being consistent and there is a sense of achievement when you maintain your regimen. Be well my friends. <3
