Contra Costa County Public Works Premieres New Series On CCTV
Contra Costa County Public Works announces the premiere of its new show "Inside Public Works" for Contra Costa Television.
MARTINEZ, CA — As part of National Public Works Week, the Contra Costa County Public Works Department is pleased to announce the premiere of our new series entitled “Inside Public Works.” The first show of this regular series premiered Tuesday, May 17, 2022, on Contra Costa Television (CCTV) and will replay on Friday, May 20, 2022, at 8 p.m., Saturday, May 21, 2022, at 12 p.m. and Sunday, May 22, 2022, at 10 a.m.
“Inside Public Works” offers viewers an opportunity to learn about some of what their County Public Works Department does to serve our communities across Contra Costa with the latest information about the programs and services we provide, as well as a few of the projects we are currently working on.

“We are excited to share the information included in our new series “Inside Public Works” to highlight what our department does to improve the quality of life for our customers and residents of the County we serve. We hope this continuing series will provide some insight into our work, educate the public, give them some tools to improve life in Contra Costa, and encourage them to join our team to serve our residents,” said Brian Balbas, Contra Costa County Public Works Director.
