Court Tortures and Libels Victim of Veterinary Fraud Scheme

Contra Costa County legal system claimed Perri as a Paranoid Schizophrenic to keep her from justice in her case Mink v Encina Veterinary Clinic, Inc., et al, where she was defrauded almost $20,000 in an elaborate medical fraud scheme causing great bodily injury, but not limited to. The veterinary practice committed unnecessary services which included malicious use of drugs, using the patient for their own illegal dog laboratory and more, more, and more unwanted services. Perri kept researching and investigating her case as well as other cases and learned that other clients and patients were defrauded and their pets were tortured intentionally by the veterinary practice in a ploy to reap thousands of dollars and experiment on other people's property(client's pets) to their own greedy benefit. For the first time, excerpts are revealed to the public that Perri was diagnosed with Anxiety Disorder and Post Traumatic Stress Disorder, not Paranoid Schizophrenic as the results state, ",... her test results did not indicate any current symptoms of psychosis." Psychosis includes Paranoid Schizophrenia. Perri's attorney, Jane Elliot, gave false information to the two court appointed doctors who claimed that Perri had "Delusional Disorder, Persecutory Type", which is not true. The two doctors never allowed Perri to take tests on her own. All of the tests were there own interpretations based on Jane Elliot. Jane Elliot did not protect Perri's rights, but, in fact, continual set her up before every hearing to destroy her which she did. You can see in the documents posted here that her attorney's sociopathic behavior resulted in Perri's Imprisonment, Unemployed status, and Homelessness. Perri also sustained a ruptured disk due to the incarceration placing her in a wheel chair in jail and a walker during the court program. Perri is still healing from the physical and mental trauma. Perri was born with the eye disability, Strabismus(2D vision, no depth perception), however, none of the facilities included this Social Security Disability(called Binocular Movement) in there evaluations. They only state that Perri has that condition. That fact is disturbing.
