Big Lou, the accordion princess, has been a fixture in the bay area music scene for decades. She played with the all-girl rockabilly band, The Stir-Ups, roots rockers Thee Hellhounds and Polkacide. She founded Those Darn Accordions. Her current project, Big Lou's Dance Party, is an eclectic mix of Americana and international music. From French waltzes to Polish polkas to movie themes, the next song is always a surprise.
