This family-friendly parade of lights begins at City Hall and ends seven blocks away at Estudillo and Escobar streets. Clubs, groups and individuals are welcome to participate. Free lights wands will be handed out to the first 600 children to register. The city is looking for musicians, performers, lighted vehicles and floats to be part of the parade. Volunteers are needed too. To register, call the Parks and Rec office at 925-372-3510.
