I'd rush into the kitchen and help Mom stir her famous marinara sauce, while she stood stirring three other pots, simmering on the stove. As for me, Polenta is one of my favorites. I remember having to stir the polenta when I was a kid so the bottom does not get burnt.  I have the same problem when I make it today.  (Yes, sometimes I do cook!) It is a chore. Cleaning the pot is a chore too.  This is a wonderful invention and it makes a great gift for your family and friends.
