All proceeds go to local families in need.( For the city of Martinez this year...we plan to add more cities next year ) Our plan is to buy as many Christmas dinners for needy families ( and presents for the kids ) as possible! ( Depending on how much money we raise) With your help, by either entering a pot of chili or by walking through the door to have some chili, we all can help out a handful of families have a great holiday this year! The event will start at 6:00pm and will go till ? The Sportmen's Club has plenty of room so bring your yourself, your family, etc. and we will all have a great time raising money for the for needy families of Martinez. You can drive whatever you like to our event but most likely it will cold and possibly raining. "What's on the menu ?" you might ask...For starters, lots and lots of chili with plenty of variety. In front of each pot of chili entered you will be able to taste test each pot and then decide which chili you would like to sit down and eat. Crackers will be included with with chili and possibly home made corn bread. ( still working on that...will update that soon. ) Kids 12 and under EAT FREE!
All pots of chili will be judged. There will be trophies for 1st, 2nd and 3rd place!

$30.00 to enter a pot of chili. ( 4 quarts / One Gallon minimum )
$10.00 per person to walk through the door and eat. ( if you are not entering a pot of chili )
Beverages will be for sale which include bottled water, cola, lemon lime, orange, rootbeer, fruit punch and others. ( diet versions of these drinks will also be available. )
