This small group training class is not only effective at helping you improve your strength & cardio fitness, but it also packs a supreme calorie burning punch...and it's FUN! With 1-minute intervals of everything from slams with a medicine ball to torso twists with resistance tubing, you'll be surprised how fast the time flies...and how good you're body feels!
First class is FREE!
