Free Fishing Derby In Martinez: Save The Date!

MARTINEZ, CA – Join a few free hours of fishing at the Martinez Marina. All children, ages 5 to 12, are

invited to participate in the Martinez Recreation annual fishing derby on July 8 from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m.

Bring your own pole and hooks, and bait will be provided. Everyone who participates receives a prize.

A parent or guardian must accompany all children to sign a photo/liability release form.

To register, go to the City of Martinez website at www.cityofmartinez.org or call the Recreation office at 372-3510 for information. This event is limited to 40 children. No fishing license is required.
