
Firefighters are responding to a two-alarm wildfire in Martinez this morning that is threatening some structures in the area, a fire official said.
Fire crews responded shortly before 11 a.m. to a report of a grass fire in the 800 block of Howe Road in Martinez, Contra Costa County Fire Protection District Fire Inspector Steve Aubert said.
Aubert said the fire is threatening structures in the area, but more information was not immediately available.
