Legal system made court cases bizarre and wanted to intentionally omit evidence

When I received the decision from the Court of Appeal, Division One, Presiding Justice James Marchiano, Justice Robert Dondero, and Justice Kathleen Banke, I was livid. I was furious. I was shocked. I was disturbed. I was helpless. I was distressed. (You may find a copy of the decision on my Facebook through the petition link below, "Court of Appeal Decision June 13, 2011".) I wrote a letter, a tough-love letter, trying to get the judge to do her job and quit her bad behavior. My experiences during court proceedings with her were so bizarre that I did my best to concentrate on studying the law books, doing extensive research, improve my writing skills, and getting the courage to speak in legal terms during court proceedings.

Judge Barbara Zuniga was fully aware that I was the one writing my briefs and she also was served a copy of the Pre-argument supplemental letter brief, my final brief filed at the Court of Appeal. The Sheriff's deputies, who arrived at my front door at home, to arrest me for threatening the judge, omitted pages 2 and 3, and used pages 1 and 4 as the threat. My attorney, Jane Elliot, told me that the District Attorney wanted to omit pages 2 and 3. My attorney wanted to omit pages 2 and 3. Why would they want to omit these two pages? Because they were addressed to Judge Barbara Zuniga, and not page 1 or 4. My request to the judge is very clear in the last paragraph. The numbered items are a list of cases where I briefly describe misrepresented business transactions, government fraud, and property damages that I legally have a right to arbitrate, report to the authority to catch the thief, and file a small court claim. My first paragraph is just as bizarre as Barbara Zuniga's behavior at court and I quote and interpret her judicial profile.
