Look at the absurd discrimination by the government

Fraud included unnecessary procedures including, sedation, intubation and tracheotomy. Dr. Venkateswara Kuchipudi, MD was sentenced August 12, 2016 to 2 years in prison(see Medscape news report below.). It is disturbing to see the government allow a long-time veterinarian, in the civil case, Mink v Encina Veterinary Clinic, Inc., et al, allowed to keep a veterinary license even though it is evidenced that the doctor was abusive and performed unnecessary services, and hurt his patients for many years. It is more disturbing to know that the government would arrest, incarcerate, and label the victim of the doctor a paranoid schizophrenic when she has Anxiety Disorder and PTSD. Take note that the veterinarian is a white man.(see active petition below.).
