Motorcyclist Ejected In Fatal Crash At I-80 Ramp
BREAKING: The victim was declared dead at the scene, CHP said.

CONTRA COSTA COUNTY, CA – A motorcyclist died in a solo crash on an Interstate Highway 80 on-ramp Tuesday afternoon in the unincorporated Contra Costa County community of Crockett when he was ejected from the bike and thrown from the ramp to a roadway below, according to the California Highway Patrol.
Officers responding to a report of a solo motorcycle crash on the Pomona Street on-ramp to Highway 80 at 3:42 p.m. found a Harley-Davidson Super Glide lying in the roadway, but no rider.
The victim, identified only as a 64-year-old man from Alameda, was found unconscious and unresponsive in Wanda Street, below the Highway 80 flyover.

He was pronounced deceased at the scene, according to the CHP.
Investigators do not yet know whether drugs or alcohol were factors in the crash.
