No Atheist(s) believer should hear Perri's court cases. Do atheists have morals?

Look up, "Do atheists have morals?" If an atheist works in government, they are to follow the moral laws. If legal authoritarians can not follow the law, they must disqualify themselves. Do not change the law to suit your Atheism.
