Power Outage Affects Thousands In Martinez

MARTINEZ, CA — A widespread power outage was affecting more than 4,600 customers Wednesday in Martinez.

As of 2:30 p.m., there were 4,627 people without electricity and PG&E was investigating the cause of the outage, according to PG&E's website.

The outage started at 2:15 p.m. and the estimated time of restoration was 5:30 p.m., the utility company reported on its website.
