Standoff At Concord Home Ends In 3 Arrests: Police
As law enforcement surrounded a home, nearby residents were asked to stay indoors.

CONCORD, CA — Three robbery suspects were detained Wednesday evening after engaging in a standoff with police at a Concord home, according to the Concord Police Department. As of 7:45 p.m., two men and a woman had given up and come out of a home in the 1600 block of Apple Drive, Concord police said in a statement posted to Facebook.
Police said they believed at least two of the suspects were armed.
As law enforcement surrounded the home Wednesday, nearby residents were asked to stay indoors while others in the community were urged to avoid the area altogether.

Police used K-9s and a helicopter in their effort to detain the suspects.
The names of the suspects were not immediately released, nor was information about the robbery they were wanted in connection with.
