Judge Barbara Zuniga had a conflict of interest with my case and should have recused herself at that time but instead mocked and ridiculed me. She had once been married to a District Attorney and divorced (which is grounds for recusal) and my case should have changed venue, but Judge David Herrick of Lake County, CA sent my case back to Contra Costa County.

I eventually filed a Writ of Mandate (after a Statement of Disqualification of Judge) before Judge Ignazio Ruvolo, and a second Appeal before Judge James Marchiano (both Catholic and have connections with Contra Costa County) of the San Francisco Courts of Appeal. Was this a Judicial conspiracy? All of these judges should be censured!
In about 2005 I saw a dark colored, nice BMW parked on the side of a street along a scenic area of Martinez and the occupancies were having sex in the back seat. Were they law/judicial officials?

My life was destroyed by the California Judicial System. I'm being annihilated. I received two harassing/threatening emails from my Attorney, Ms. Jane Elliot in late April 2016 causing me horrible PTSD triggers. I requested that the Criminal Conflict Program launch and investigation to take action and disbarment of said. Now my complaint went down the "rabbit hole".
